PrincessDoll.Com http://princessdoll.com/wordpress Princess Doll her views and experiences Sun, 05 Sep 2010 16:58:54 +0000 http://wordpress.org/?v=2.0.5 en POLE DANCING http://princessdoll.com/wordpress/?p=93 http://princessdoll.com/wordpress/?p=93#comments Sun, 05 Sep 2010 16:44:16 +0000 Princessdoll Princess Doll http://princessdoll.com/wordpress/?p=93 I TOOK ABOUT 6 LESSONS OF POLE DANCING A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO.  AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS JOURNEY, I THOUGHT THIS WAS GOING TO BE EXTREMELY HARD.  I THOUGHT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PULL MYSELF UP TO THE TOP OF THE POLE.  BUT TO MY SURPRISED, I WAS DOING JUST THAT ON THE SECOND LESSON.  IT’S NOT ONLY A FUN THING TO DO BUT IT’S A GREAT WAY TO KEEP FIT.  I THINK MY INSTRUCTOR WAS IN IMPECCABLE SHAPE; SHE WAS ALSO GREAT AT DOING HER JOB, TEACHING POLE DANCING.  SHE MADE IT SEEM SO EASY AND SIMPLY AND IT WAS AFTER FOLLOWING HER DIRECTIONS.  I MUST SAY YOU NEED TO DO LOADS OF PUSH UPS TO GAIN STRENGTH IN YOUR ARMS TO PULL UP ON THE POLE, TO DO THE SPINS, ETC. BUT ANY ONE CAN DO IT.  I HAVE SO MUCH RESPECT FOR WOMEN WHO DO THIS FOR A LIVING, IT’S A DAILY CHALLENGE I WOULD IMAGE.

IT WAS SO MUCH FUN, I WOULD LIKE TO DO IT AGAIN TO GET BETTER AT IT.  I DID IT FROM THE 20FT MARK LINE.. I EVEN SAW A 5 YEARS OLD CUTIE PIE, DOING THIS, I THINK SHE WILL BE A PRO BY THE TIME SHE GETS TO BE 15..

a Cameroonian Band call Golden Sounds whom wrote a song called   “Zangalewa”.   Waka Waka was used by the army, means Fire, or Hot, etc…  I think FIFA should have had these guys to perform & play at the World Cup since it was held in South Africa , it suits the occasion more so than Shakira who’s from South America.… None the less, I think Shakira version is good too but it has no place there.  Secondly, if you are going to use these guys song, have them sing in your recordings, this is my views…Read the story about the Copy Right Infrinment Claims.

First of all, this is an amazing display, it shows the human body inside out, in different forms… I mean you see where your splean, heart, liver, kidney is located and what’s it’s function.  Only someone in the medical field would know about the cadavers and so on…  You see over two hundred bodies on display.. I think it’s really good for students who are interested in becoming a Doctor, a massage Therathpist, and so on… should definitely for a visit…. I find it to be very informative and interesting.

assateague island is a barrier island built by sand that presistent waves have raised from the ocean’s gently sloping floor.  constant reshaping mirrors a restless origin, as steady winds continue moving trillions of sand grains, each a bit of eroded ancient appalachian mountains. 
 
assateague state park, the state of maryland owns 680 acres of assateague island that it operates as a state park.  it’s beach offers separate swimming, suf-fishing, and sur-boarding areas.    you can also bird watch…fasciated with wild horses, you will find some there… you have to go early in the mornings, around 5am –7am to see these horses.  each year horese from the Virginia herd are rounded up and many of the foals are sold at the pony penning and auction., held on the last Wednesday and Thursday of july.  Proceeds from the auction help support the fire company.
