POLE DANCING
Sunday, September 5th, 2010I TOOK ABOUT 6 LESSONS OF POLE DANCING A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS JOURNEY, I THOUGHT THIS WAS GOING TO BE EXTREMELY HARD. I THOUGHT I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO PULL MYSELF UP TO THE TOP OF THE POLE. BUT TO MY SURPRISED, I WAS DOING JUST THAT ON THE SECOND LESSON. IT’S NOT ONLY A FUN THING TO DO BUT IT’S A GREAT WAY TO KEEP FIT. I THINK MY INSTRUCTOR WAS IN IMPECCABLE SHAPE; SHE WAS ALSO GREAT AT DOING HER JOB, TEACHING POLE DANCING. SHE MADE IT SEEM SO EASY AND SIMPLY AND IT WAS AFTER FOLLOWING HER DIRECTIONS. I MUST SAY YOU NEED TO DO LOADS OF PUSH UPS TO GAIN STRENGTH IN YOUR ARMS TO PULL UP ON THE POLE, TO DO THE SPINS, ETC. BUT ANY ONE CAN DO IT. I HAVE SO MUCH RESPECT FOR WOMEN WHO DO THIS FOR A LIVING, IT’S A DAILY CHALLENGE I WOULD IMAGE.
